We aim to offer beautiful flowers with a reliable service. Please read the following to understand more about the service you will receive.

All products are subject to availability. If a particular item is not in stock we may substitute something that is equally acceptable in terms of colour and price. If we are unable to do this successfully we will advise you as soon as possible and will be happy to refund you in full if necessary. If you want to guarantee specific flowers please place your order 2 days in advance.

Order deadlines
For same day delivery Mon- Sat please order by phone or online by 2pm. Please note that the shop is closed on Bank Holidays.
Online orders placed later than 4pm will be processed on the next working day. Prices shown online include VAT but exclude delivery. The online delivery charge is a flat fee of £5.

Delivery will take place between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
As a general rule we only do timed deliveries for funerals or weddings. If you require an AM delivery, please note that the cost is £10.
In order for us to deliver your requested item on the date specified, we require complete, accurate details of the recipient, address details, postcode and preferably a contact telephone number. Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays.
Orders are delivered once. Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions. If it is not possible to leave the flowers, we will return the flowers to the shop and the recipient will be able to contact us to collect them. All of our delivered items unless specifically requested are aqua packed which means should we have to leave them by a door step they will remain fresh.
If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please let us know as soon as possible.

Refund policy
Refunds for web orders can be issued if notified 2 days (excluding Sunday) before the specified delivery date. Please contact us on 01672 514718 or email: [email protected] if you wish to cancel an order. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product received, please advise us of the details of your complaint so that we can action an appropriate refund.
